Shri Rituraj Sinha serves as National Secretary of BJP. Over the course of more than two decades in public life, he has remained closely associated with organisational work, institution-building and initiatives aimed at expanding opportunities for citizens.
Born on 29 November 1980 in Ranchi, then part of undivided Bihar, Shri Rituraj Sinha's formative years were shaped by the social, cultural and intellectual milieu of Bihar. He is the son of Shri Ravindra Kishore Sinha (RK Sinha), former Member of Parliament, noted journalist and senior BJP leader.
Shri Rituraj Sinha received his early education at Don Bosco Academy, Patna, and later attended The Doon School, Dehradun. During his time there, he was awarded the Scholars Blazer, served as a School Prefect and represented the institution at international academic and leadership forums. He was also part of the Doon School expedition to Mt. Imja Tse in the Himalayan range of Nepal.
He subsequently graduated in Management Studies from Leeds University Business School, United Kingdom, and later attended a Public Leadership Programme at Harvard University.
His association with the BJP commenced in the early 2000s through grassroots organisational work. Over time, he has undertaken responsibilities across multiple levels of the organisation, contributing to electoral campaigns, policy discussions and organisational initiatives.
As National Secretary, he remains engaged in strengthening the party's organisational framework, fostering greater participation of capable youth in public life and supporting efforts directed towards Nation Building.
In addition to his organisational responsibilities, Shri Rituraj Sinha serves in various institutional capacities, reflecting his engagement with issues relating to education, workforce development, youth empowerment and industry.

Beyond his public responsibilities, Shri Rituraj Sinha leads SIS Group Enterprises as its Group Managing Director. A Fortune India 500 company, SIS has emerged as one of the country's largest employers, creating livelihood opportunities for over 2.4 lakh families, with a significant footprint in Bihar.
He is married to Smt. Pallavi Sinha and they are blessed with three children:- Aadya, Amaira and Ahaan Raj Sinha.
Outside his public and professional commitments, he maintains a keen interest in wildlife, public policy, economics and contemporary affairs.
